- 6 cups raw or frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp organic vegetable bullion
- 1½ tsp curry powder
- Salt to taste
- Steam broccoli in 1 cup vegetable broth until soft.
- Add to blender with bullion, curry powder and remaining vegetable broth.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
