Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 cups raw or frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp organic vegetable bullion
  • 1½ tsp curry powder
  • Salt to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli in 1 cup vegetable broth until soft.
  2. Add to blender with bullion, curry powder and remaining vegetable broth.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
