Shipping policy

It’s our goal to send you BioLounge products as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders made between Thursday at 3 pm and Monday at 5 pm will be shipped on Tuesday. Order processing time is in addition to shipping time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

From time to time, we may experience a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control that may impact the time it takes for your order to reach you. 

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 and all recurring subscription orders. Free shipping orders will be mailed in the most cost effective and time efficient manner. 

International shipping

At this time, we only ship to the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bioloungepdx.com with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.

Shipping to PO boxes

UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. 

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. Please see our return policy for details.
