Healthy Gut Master Class
Did you know that the gut is home to over 70% of the immune system and over 200 million neurons, deeming it the "second brain"? The gut interacts with every organ and system in your body, regulating everything from neurotransmitters to hormones, nutrient production, inflammation, focus and attention, mood and more. Gut health begins at birth and is impacted by diet, medication, stress, activity level, and countless other factors. This four-week master class will give you a comprehensive understanding of the role your gut plays in health and longevity while offering you evidence-based tools to restore and maintain optimal gut health.
Session begins Feb. 28, 2022, and ends March 28, 2022. Virtual classes take place on Mondays evenings. There will be no class on March 21 in observance of Portland Public Schools spring break, but an open Q&A session will be offered that evening. All virtual classes are recorded and available to participants for 90 days.
