Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
- 1/4 cup organic pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/4Â cup unsweetened plant-based milk

- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4Â cup coconut milk
- 1/2Â tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
- 1/2 tsp liquid stevia or liquid monkfruit
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp Florasophy
Triple Green
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen broccoli
- 1/2 cup frozen banana or blueberries
- 3 fresh mint leaves
