Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup organic pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
  • 1/2 tsp liquid stevia or liquid monkfruit
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp Florasophy

Triple Green

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana or blueberries
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
