General instructions for adults
- Alternate between 2,000mg liposomal C and 2,000mg ascorbic acid every 2 hours (back down if you experience loose stool, a sign that you’re getting as much as your body needs)
- 600mg Tri-magnesium at bedtime
- 5,000IU vitamin D with K2 taken once per day
- 4 Bio-Immunozyme per day for 60mg zinc and a range of bioactive B vitamins alongside critical immune boosting glandulars, amino acids and minerals
- (take 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch)
